When Last We Spoke

Where has the time gone? Much has happened since last we spoke. Two days after my last post I left for a business trip in Dallas, TX. If you have never been to The Big D I highly suggest going. It is so much fun. While you're there find the nearest Taco Cabana and chow down. It's probably the Dallas version of Taco Bell. I'm sure any Texan worth their spurs would shake their head in disgust but I loved Taco Cabana. The saying that everything is bigger in Texas is definitely on the money. I love everything about it. Except, sitting in a silver tube on the airport tarmac for 2 hours with no air conditioning. My advice, avoid leaving Texas when thunderstorms are in the vicinity. No matter how much we begged the pilot would not pull a Top Gun and fight his way through the storms to get us out of there. At least I got bonus miles for my trouble.
